Terms of Service

Effective Date: 01 - April - 2025

Welcome to **Hotel Murawah**. By accessing and using our website, services, and facilities, you agree to comply with these **Terms of Service (ToS)**, in accordance with **Indian hospitality laws, IT Act 2000, and Consumer Protection Act 2019**.

1. Booking & Reservation Policy

• Guests must provide **valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, etc.)** during check-in.
• Reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation via email or phone.
• Hotel Murawah reserves the right to **reject bookings** due to **payment failure, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with hotel policies**.
• Check-in time is **2:00 PM**, and check-out time is **11:00 AM**. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellations: Available up to **48 hours before check-in**.
• Partial Refunds: If canceled **within 24 hours of check-in**, a **50% cancellation fee** applies.
• No Refunds: If canceled **less than 12 hours before check-in or no-show**.
• Refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days** through the original payment method.

3. Payment & Billing

• Payments must be made using **RBI-approved payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, etc.).**
• Hotel Murawah is not responsible for **bank delays or transaction failures**.
• All prices are inclusive of **applicable taxes** as per **GST laws in India**.

4. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

• Guests must maintain **decorum, avoid public disturbances, and follow hotel rules**.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are allowed **only in designated areas**.
• Illegal activities (as per Indian law) **are strictly prohibited**. The hotel reserves the right to **report violations to local authorities**.
• Guests are responsible for **damages to hotel property** and will be charged accordingly.

5. Privacy & Security

• Guest personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
• For security reasons, the hotel **uses CCTV surveillance** in public areas.
• We ensure secure transactions and **do not store sensitive financial details**.

6. Force Majeure

Hotel Murawah is not liable for service interruptions due to **natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic-related lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances**.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by **Indian law**, and any disputes will be subject to the **exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu and Kashmir, India**.

8. Amendments to the Terms

Hotel Murawah reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with an **effective date**.
